All our orders are wrapped in 100% FSC-Certified personalised Studio Sol tissue paper. We use compost pack bags instead of plastic satchels, which are made from sustainable plants & non-toxic, compostable resin. We would love if you could re-use the compost bags for returns or exchanges. 

Please note, during the launch of new collections and sale periods, there may be a delay in the processing of orders and shipping times.

Orders within Australia

Orders over $150 ship free of charge. An express option is available at checkout.

Australian orders ship via Australia Post or Aramax. All shipping carriers offer a 1-5 business day delivery (Between metropolitan areas of major cities) and you are provided with online tracking as soon as the order has been booked for dispatch. 

International orders

International orders are charged at a flat rate of $20. ($15 for New Zealand)
International orders ship via either Australia Post or DHL depending on the location. Delivery is typically within three to ten business days. (Between metropolitan areas of major international cities)
*Please note all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Studio Sol is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.
For all international orders that have refused to pay import taxes and are returned to us, the order will be refunded excluding the original shipping charge and the return fee.

Pre Orders

For all pre orders which have non pre order items included, these will be shipped when the pre ordered stock arrives. If you would like the item delivered prior to this date you will need to pay a separate shipping fee. Please contact hello@studiosolstore.com for a postage quote and invoice.
