General

Q: Are your products made in Australia?
Yes! All our products are proudly made in Australia with care and high-quality ingredients.

Q: Do you test on animals?
Never. We are 100% cruelty-free and always will be.

Candles

Q: What wax do you use?

Soy wax, this natural, renewable wax is made from soybeans. It burns cleanly, lasts longer, and releases fragrance evenly—making it a beautiful and eco-conscious choice for everyday rituals.

Q: How long do your candles burn for?
Our standard candles have a burn time of approximately 35-45 hours, and our large candles burn almost double that at 80 hours of burn time.  Always trim your wick to 5mm before lighting for the best results.

Q: Why is my candle tunnelling?
Tunnelling happens when the candle doesn’t burn long enough to reach the edges. The first burn is the most important – let it melt all the way across to set the memory burn.

Q: Is there anything I can do with the jars once the candle is finished?
Absolutely! Our jars are designed to be reused. Clean out any leftover wax and use them as planters, pen holders, or little storage pots.

Diffusers

Q: How long do your reed diffusers last?
Our diffusers last up to 3 months depending on the environment and air flow in your space.

Q: How can I make the scent last longer?
Flip the reeds every week or two for a fresh boost of fragrance. Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources to avoid the oils evaporating too quickly.

Q: Are your diffusers safe around pets?
Our diffusers are made with high-quality, IFRA-compliant fragrance oils. However, we always recommend placing them out of reach of curious pets and in a well-ventilated area.

Room Mist

Q: How do I use your room mists?
Just a few spritzes into the air, onto linens (test a small patch first), or in any space that needs a quick refresh. Avoid spraying directly onto skin or delicate surfaces.

Q: Are your room mists safe on fabric?
Yes – they’re fabric-friendly, but we always suggest patch-testing first just to be safe.

Q: How long does the scent linger?
Our room mists provide an instant burst of fragrance that can last for several hours, depending on the space and how much is sprayed.

Shipping & Returns

Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed with love and usually ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but we’ll send you tracking info once it’s on the way.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us at hello@studiosolstore.com with photos and details within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
